Valuation Estimate letter

Just as the name implies, this valuation option is usually only a few pages in length and assess the value of the business using one method only. Three years of financial data will be used to assess the valuation of the firm.

Regular Appraisal

Uses up to five years of financial data and at least three methods of valuation to determine a fair market value for your firm. This report will be in narrative format and include a market analysis and demographic trend study. This is our most common business valuation option.

Abbreviated Analysis

Using three years of data, we will formulate a valuation opinion using two different methods. This analysis is most common for internal information.

Multiple Branch Appraisals

Used for firms that have multiple branches. The fee is assessed per branch in addition to the flat rate of the analysis or appraisal selected by the client.
